I was really excited about this purchase and love the insights it gives. I was a bit confused on how to read the information on the app at first but soon got the hang of it. I think you have to weigh yourself every day for a week or two for the results to be accurate in some parts. Overall, very happy with my purchase.
The perfect addition to my fitness journey!
I had an operation last summer and had piled on the weight from lack of exercise during my recovery. I knew my work was going to be cut out for me while I lost that stone I had gained so I wanted something reliable and percise to keep an eye on my composition. The Body Scan has so much depth in metrics and really pushed me to work hard so that I could see that percentage of fat go down. I love how visual and comprehensive the Withings app is with every possible monitor you could wish for in one place. Expensive purchase but does have absolutely everything covered as far as tracking goes. Happy I took the plunge and bought it. Healf is always my go-to for my tech buys as their customer service is exceptional.

An excellent product with lots
An excellent product with lots of data. I do wish they would give you the subscription for free to give you the overall health score but really you don’t miss it too much. Well worth buying for those serious about their health.
Amazing next gen scales
So, at a ripe age of 55 I decided to really try and up my health profile. In conjunction with the Withings watch, I can track my progress at the gym and it's really helped track progress with losing weight. The ability to see both fat and muscle percentages for separate body segments takes this to another level. So far so good with everything working as it should. My daughter has also set up a profile and is tracking her stats. Recommended.
