Each 12g serving is high in protein, providing 8.8g alongside 4.9g of naturally occurring collagen. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, making this a simple way to add more protein to your diet.

Why Freja Foods is Healf
Freja bone broths are made with responsibly sourced, non-GMO, and hormone-free ingredients from trusted independent family farms. 100% natural, with no additives, preservatives, or ultra-processing, they deliver pure, whole-food nutrition that you can feel good about enjoying.
Freja is a UK-based brand founded by Ed and Jess Armitage, a husband-and-wife team who were fed up with the overabundance of ultra-processed ‘health’ foods on supermarket shelves. Determined to create a genuinely healthy, fast alternative for their family, they set out to create bone broth made with 100% natural ingredients, high animal welfare standards, and plenty of nutrition. Partnering with experts in Norway, they brought Freja to life—offering sustainable, nutrient-packed store-cupboard staples, trusted by those seeking wholesome, ready-to-enjoy meals.
