Ingredients
Potassium (as Potassium Citrate), Magnesium (as Magnesium Malate, Magnesium Glycinate), Ancient Sea Salt (Redmond Real Salt®)
Suggested use
Add one sachet of Re-Lyte Electrolyte Mix into 16-18 ounces of water and mix well. After mixing, let sit for at least 30 seconds. Shake it up again for another 10 seconds to let it fully dissolve. (Avoiding artificial ingredients means a little extra mixing.)

Product helps with replenishing your hydration. The Watermelon and Lime is really nice to drink. The balance of the salts and water is good. You can adjust the amount of water to add to match your taste requirements.
