I'm really enjoying using these.
I'm really enjoying using these. Wake up with a far less dry mouth. I also think it is training my body to breathe more through my nose even when not using the strips

Product description
Key Benefits
- Supports nasal breathing throughout the night.
- Helps reduce snoring and dry mouth.
- Holds securely for over 12 hours with hypoallergenic adhesive.
- Gentle bamboo silk design suits sensitive skin.
Dream Mouth Tape Strips offer a simple, beginner-friendly way to support nasal breathing and improve sleep quality. Made in the USA with soft organic bamboo silk, each strip feels gentle on the skin while providing a clean, hygienic sleep surface. The medical-grade hypoallergenic adhesive delivers a firm hold for over 12 hours, making the strips suitable for those with sensitive skin or facial hair.
This shape offers less coverage for an easy transition into mouth taping while still delivering strong support. By encouraging nasal breathing, the strips help reduce snoring, prevent dry mouth, and promote deeper, more restorative rest. Dream Mouth Tape Strips bring comfort, ease, and consistency to your nightly routine, helping you wake up feeling refreshed and energised.
Why Dream Recovery is Healf
Dream Recovery was founded by Todd Anderson and brothers Jake and Cole Kissick, athletes who became deeply committed to improving performance through better sleep. After years of testing materials, tracking data, and studying the science of Deep and REM cycles, they created recovery tools designed to optimise sleep quality. Each product—from Dream Tape to their performance sleep masks—is engineered and rigorously tested by a team of experts in physiology, engineering, and athletic recovery. Built on research and real-world results, Dream Recovery helps you breathe better, sleep deeper, and wake up energised and ready to perform at your best.

Suggested use
Dream Tape is intended for single-use and is recommended to be replaced each night for optimal performance and hygiene. Dream Tape is: 8cm * 5.3cm.
Dream Tape's adhesive stretches from side to side. As a result, pulling across can be painful.
When removing Dream Tape, ALWAYS PULL DOWNWARDS. This allows the tape to be removed with the grain of the adhesive.
Other tips:
1. Use your tongue to push the adhesive off your lips if they are dry.
2. Chapstick before application is a game-changer.
3. Always be hydrated.
We do not recommend using Dream Tape if you have a cold, sinus, or ear infection.
