I spent a lot of time researching different collagen brands and decided to go with this one as it has certified lab results. In the first few weeks of taking it along with a multi-vitamin I noticed my nails were a lot stronger, something I have never noticed before. I'm happy with this product and will order again.

Started noticing better recovery, sleep, hair and skin in about two weeks of using this.
This collagen is so salty it is undrinkable. Tried in water first and then a fruit flavoured shake but it could not be disguised. Don't understand how other reviewers claimed this was virtually tasteless. It also clumped in the milk / kefir shake so needed blending. Unfortunately within a few sips in it also triggered a headache. Sent feedback to Healf who were quite dismissive, apologising that the flavour 'caught me off guard' and that the headache was 'a mild reaction'. A complete waste of money.
