Dr. Murray aimed to enhance the nutrient profile of food by incorporating nature’s full spectrum of minerals and trace elements. Building on this mission, Baja Gold Sea Salt was developed to offer a mineral-rich sea salt that embodies Dr. Murray’s principles. Founded by Robert Cain in 2013, Baja Gold was created in response to requests for a more kitchen-friendly alternative to bulk Sea-90.

Baja Gold Mineral Sea Salt comes from the Sea of Cortez in Baja California, Mexico. Unlike processed salts, it keeps its natural minerals and trace elements, while also having less sodium.
